AMC Torqueflites fit only AMC's as the case is AMC specific even though it is a Mopar trans. 6's and 304 V8's use the 904 Torqueflite trans and it will bolt to the larger V8's although the 998 & 727 are heavy'r duty unit's. Internals are the same between AMC & Mopar tran's, it's just the case that is different.
