I am not too far from Louisville; if you get the chance to check out 
the price, and if they guy will sell it as 'parts vehicle', I would 
be appreciative. I don't need papers on it as I would be looking to 
use the engine in the Gremlin. If the block is in good shape, I can 
work on the rest. :-)
