Hi Rod, take your battery out and have it checked free of charge at a Auto Zone, O'Riellys or some auto parts store for free. I average two batterys per summer here in Houston that fry on me due to heat. It just kills the cells and you have to replace it. Under the hood of my 72 Ambassador the other day the oven thermometer was hitting 191 degrees, and outside it was 99 degrees with over 80% humidity. So the batteries take a beating and I can tell you I rarely check them, usually check all fluids but have forgotten the batteries for years. But the battery might look good, might be new, only a analyzer at the auto parts store will let you know what it is pulling, if anything. I have had only one battery croak on me this summer, but have probably jinxed myself now with a few weeks to go. Good luck, Eddie Stakes' Planet Houston AMX www.planethoustonamx.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "hemmigremmie" <hemmigremmie@xxxx> To: <BaadAssGremlins@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, August 25, 2003 7:34 PM Subject: [BaadAssGremlins] Solonoid question. > Hey All. > Everytime I try to start my car, the solonoid on the fwenderwell > just clicks!
