[BaadAssGremlins] Limited Edition Prints Question

I have a question? Why are most of these prints limited to 100? I can
possibly see a limit of 100 for AMC's as there is a chance of not
selling all 100. But I am sure the GM and Mopar boys would gobble up
more than 100 of a unique print of their favorite car. I also see this
happening with model cars. Most of the limited editions are gobbled up
by the collectors and sit in a box on the shelf and are never built. I
am a builder.
