Hi Luke, no speedo cable easy fix and you can get them at auto parts stores less gear. On the leaf spring hangars you might visit Eagle Nest to find out how to replace those:

Hey Eddie. A friend has a nice '87 Eagle Limited he wants to sell me. It is black with tan leather interior and the a/c works great. The speedo cable broke at a little over 100k. Is that hard to fix? Also he said the rear leaf spring hangers rusted off. As far as I know it is rust free other than that. I was wondering if that would be hard to fix also. He is asking $1200 and it has a bunch of new parts. I havent looked at it up close so Im not sure if its worth it or not. Any input would be apreciated.
