Al,

 Welcome! Definitly a nice show piece that has the go to go with it! I really like the removable front end. I love the 70-72 gremlin. I too have a black 72 grem. Mine is a slow street car though. I am in the process of redoing the body at the moment. I have it mostly stripped down to bare metal right now. Unfortunatly a previous accident was revield while sanding the left rear quarter so I am on the hunt for one now.

 I also have a drag only 70 gremlin that I just bought. It has a stock 343 auto out of an amx. I am upgrading the fuel system, and the cooling system, and adding a roll bar, and a real dash in place of the aluminum one.

 While I don't personally agree with the choice of engine.....I am glad to see a gremlin preserved. Who's to say it couldn't go back to its roots one day? The WIBG Gremlin turns low 8.19's and it has the heartbeat of amc.
