what trans.does my 74 gremlin have, t-14 or 150-t , it is a 3 speed on the floor   standard   thanks tom

74 models used a T-14. 1975 models used the 150T (also called a T-150). T-14 has a six bolt rectangular top cover. The 150T has a nine bolt top cover that has a narrower section at the front. If you have a late 74 model it's possible that it has a 150T. Another problem is the car is almost 40 years old -- the trans could have been swapped out (though not likely).
