Re: [AMC-list] lower spring perch and shock mount



While I have not looked or noticed these in years. The hot rod shops such as Speedway motors used to sell "shock bolts or mount studs" They are designed to be welded into the frame or other brackets. Give speedways website a check to see what they have. I would guess you may have to grind the head or stud off and drive the remainder out with a air hammer or perhaps press. I hope they are not welded in, but suspect that can be overcome with some determination. You could also get a machine shop to make the studs. Mark ----- Original Message -----
