In Brazil, if anyone was curious. I guessed Brazil when I saw that the Rebel was built to run alcohol (Combustível:  *Álcool*). I Googled "$R" to make sure -- that's a Brazillian Real (RE AL). $R 9,000 = USD $5,198.65.
