Yo, you all don't live here in Fornicalia, and are therefore missing decades
of changes in kar kulture... i think it's fairly well done, there's
intentional humor in there, and except for the utterly wrong wide whites,
pretty well done over all.

Pacers are a difficult car to keep, all that crap 70's plastic. Like it or
not it occupies an odd cultural slot, as do most 70's AMCs. Pretty unique
and have underdog cred amongst nearly all car nuts (why anyone pays
attention to the whinings of the Ford vs. Chevy muscle crowd, I dunno).

I'm pretty sure that bandaid is... a bandaid. For a while you could buy
novelty car bandaids, you'd see 'm jokingly applied to a bent fender etc.
It's humor. Often lacking amongst car nuts!
