Re: [AMC-list] Master Cylinder

What kind of an update are you looking for?

I have a used drum brake power booster/master from the '69 Rebel 4 dr we parted ($40 plus shipping) and the inline valve included.

I also have a drum brake (double booster I think?) booster/master from my '73 J4000 $40 (also with valve)

As for disc brake, I have a re-manned '82 Spirit booster/master for $100 (lines towards the fender) still in the A1 Cardone box. (core charge was $80)

'92 up Jeep XJ or ZJ (non-ABS) might be a good upgrade as well since they come disc/drum and disc/disc stock. (the early XJ guys do this update) Then there is the Ford E350 brake master update. (I hear about it but haven't done it)

For the Jeep guys, Elliot does Hydroboost http://www.ifsja.org/forums/vb/showthread.php?t=106056
These guys were suggested awhile back, but their website appears messed up? http://www.vancopbs.com

I've been trying to figure out an updated setup that would work with the
Javelin. I know they are out they, I know somewhere there's a setup that
will almost be a bolt on up grade, I just don't know what that is.
My thoughts are the same for the Spirit body.
