har, har, oops I mean here, here!
$300=350 is about what you'll spend putting efi on a 4.0L.
CAMP ONE GOES EFI
CAMP TWO GOES CARB
NEITHER CAMP IS CORRECT
WHAT YOU NEED TO REMEMBER IS MOST OF THE EBAY ITEMS ARE 20-40 YEARS OLD.

The've been hacked and beat on and you may find a used one. But the initial price point of a new one lets you get brand new, tom gives you starting points and you can tune from there.

EFI camp gets to send hesco large chunks of change or go with any number of aftermarket controllers. Price goes up as you click buy it now.

Whatever camp you head for, remember the end result can be very, very close. do you want efi? do you like fiddling with carbs?

we need to learn as we built what we want to end up with. don't pretend you are what you were when you were 20, 16, etc DUMB QUESTIONS? nolo comprendo...(sp?)
