Jeff,
 They are different. You are correct in that the top rear edge near the roof 
line slopes down more. You can use these doors and windows on the older cars by 
cutting the weld on the window channel just above the door handle. Then raise it 
up to close t8he gap and reweld. The window then needs to be adjusted. The 
window is the same for all years as far as I have found.

Question  
Am I correct in that the hatchback 2 door Spirit and EagleSX/4  Use a door that 
is slightly rounded down in the rear, making the door, and the glass different 
then the older 2-doors.
I Guess I should go out and measure mine tonight and see.  I have always assumed 
that they are different, or is it an optical illusion?
