John; I am running 14x6 Ambo rims on my Classic, from a 65 Ambo. These were for the days of Bias tires and they work just fine for radials. I have never heard of 'Bias rims' but I do know that back in the day when radials were just coming out there was a lot of talk of compatability. Maybe the guy is a holdover from the good ol days.....Russ
