I'm wondering if anyone on the list has had any luck with plastic casting or metal etching, or if someone knows a friend who can perhaps set up a CNC machine to make a stylized "R" emblem.?? The blank pad on the hood of my Rambler sure looks bare.?? Course there's always Tom J.s little piston mascot......

As it happens, I ordered one of the 65 emblems for a 65 American I had back in 2008, but then a guy came by with cash to buy the car before I received the emblem -- so it's sitting in my parts crate right now. I'd be happy to sell it to you for the $42.99 including postage that I paid. It's still in the original package in which I received it.

This is the fellow who made them (he told me he makes them in batches), although he doesn't seem to have any at the moment:

His name is Jim, and his direct email is <jschwartz73@xxxxxxxxx>. He was selling them at $45, but he gave me a discounted price ($40) since I was an AMCRC member (as he is too).

But buy mine. I'd like to get it off my shelf.
