Could also be done with a common as dirt relay if someone is uncomfortable in figuring out diodes and soldering them in. 
B+ to relay switch
Hlamp+ to relay coil
Ground to coil

Hlamp circuit energizes coil.
Coil closes switch to provide 12volt to park lamps. 
  The park lamp circuit can not close the switch so no hlamps on with park light alone on. 
  Added benefit is full voltage to park lamps.

Or use a couple largish diodes in the park light wiring to prevent feeding back to the headlights.

If you wire the park lights directly to the headlights, they will come
on when you turn on the headlights; but the headlights will come on
when you turn on the park lights!

The switch handles this with multiple contacts that essentially two
three-position switches for park and headlights:

  PARK     OFF    ON    ON
  HEAD     OFF    OFF  ON
