I cut the car in half yesterday as I mentioned earlier. 
   To my surprise there are FOUR layers of rocker panel on the 990H hard top!  Most cars have three. 

   To top that the convertible has at least a 5th layer and it is possible there is a sixth. Depends on if the inner rail that is added to the verts is a U or box rail. 

  I guess they really learned to add a lot of structure to keep the flex out of the long wheel base cars!
