As Tom said, could be different friction coefficents IF all you replaced was one side. I suspect you put pads on both sides, but just turned the one rotor. The other rotor may have looked new and still had a slightly uneven surface, but that shouldn't cause more than a very slight pull.

I suspect a problem with the passenger side caliper. You stated that the pass side rotor was in worse condition. That might be an indicator that the caliper is sticking a bit even though it wasn't pulling before. There is probably a spot in the range of piston travel that it sticks. I'd replace or rebuild that caliper.

Are these original 68 four piston Bendix brakes or newer model brakes? The Bendix four piston are prone to sticky spots and leaking as they age. If the bores aren't pitted you can get a rebuild kit, clean the bores and pistons with a real fine sandpaper (400-600 at most) and replace the seals. Could just be a bad seal causing it to stick. Later calipers are still easy to get as rebuilds, only about $5 over kit price. If these are Bendix sliding calipers, the ones with the drive in "leaf spring", then pull the caliper, clean the slide areas, lube with anti-seize, and reassemble. The slide areas get sticky over time, especially if not driven a lot. Which reminds me, I have one sticking a bit and causing a pull...

So I was having issues with my disc brakes so I pulled my caliper the
pads were shot and the rotor needed turning on the pass side but the
driver side was like new. So I had the work done put new pads on the
pass side and now it seems to pull to the right when I brake. I did
nit notice it pull before but with condition of the pads the pass side
was doing all the work. I jacked up the front and spun both wheels and
the pass side stopped a little before the driver side when I pushed the
brakes.
So does anybody have any ideas why it might be pulling?
