well, if you think about it many metal shops have lazer and or waterjet cutting machines.
It should not be a horrendous deal to get a sheet of copper cut to fit.
Might be best to go somewhere that does not do this all the time.
Just take a composition gasket and ask them to duplicate it in copper?
