Go to www.autocolorlibrary.com.  They are my other "go to" vendor for old paint.  They have the Ditzler codes too and they can mix many old colors.  You can order it by the quart or gallon.

I just bought a quart of AMC Frost White from them.  It was used for many years by AMC and neither the local Dupont dealer or the PPG dealer could get the mix formula for it.
