it's not difficult to stretch the wb.  truck frames are fairly well
standardized on 34" between frame rails [i wonder why?], so one could
just get a bare frame - max wb in the 220s iirc - and mount the nash
cab and running gear on it.

on disk brakes: not ford, but both gm and ih not only have chassis
with disks all around, but also 5 x 6 3/4" bolt circle which looks
like the nash pattern.  they're used on school buses but not
exclusively, and gvws look to be in the low 20k...  dunno about
swapping the brakes to the nash axles, but swapping the axles to the
nash frame shouldn't be hard.

common pb with these is hydroboost, run off the ps pump.
