There was a fiberglass outfit here in Detroit that went out of business.  They had all sorts of fiberglass AMC parts back in the 70's, 80's and early 90's.  Wonder if that's the place you're thinking of.

Last time a fiberglass place went out of business they crushed all the molds. I don't remember the name of the place but they were rather big fiberglass supplier in 90s.
