[AMC-list] engine replacement

I hate to admit it, but I am considering a new engine for my 63 American.
We get about 14 miles per gallon, and it runs great, but, I have been looking at this engine as a replacement.  http://grailengine.com/ ; 
It is definitely small enough to fit in my car.  They aren't commercially available yet, but I know the inventors pretty well, and hope to be able to do it within the next year/18 months.  I believe their prototype is running is a Prius.  (or soon will be).  Keeping my fingers crossed.
