[AMC-list] Sway bar spacer

I have a question for anyone out there with a 69 Ambo or probably Rebel.
It was a long time ago that I took the suspension apart on the 69. I
ordered a poly bushing kit for the front and am finishing up reassembly.
I kept the old bolts but do not have the old spacers that went into the
sway bar links. I can not get the shocks in place because the sway bar
end is in the way. I compared the new bolt to the old and the new one is
almost 2 inches longer. The new spacer is 2 and 5/8 inches. I think the
link kit is for a later year. The spacer on my 66 Ambo is 5/8 inch.
Should the 69 be the same as the 66? Rockauto lists the same part number
for 66 and 69. Anyone have a 69 they can put a tape measure to?

Thanks
