[Amc-list] Regulator?

So I just got a 66 classic and it is supposed to have been started 2-3  
years ago. I have a new battery and fresh gas but I cannt get any  
spark. It turns over fine just no fire I tried a different coil still  
nothing. That little  box on the inner fender is that the regulator  
and could that be the problem? Thanks
