With the exception of the spinners, branded decals and carbon fiber accents, 
the other seven fads listed were things done by the factory, most likely 
because car manufacturers felt there was a market for them.  What's missing, 
I think, are the curb feelers, fur dashboards, prism tape, and possibly the 
4" tinted band across the top of the windshield which all manufacturers used 
( personally, I like the idea).   Also, let's not forget the aftermarket 
hood pin hold downs.  I have a spare Machine hood that someone of the day 
decided to butcher in order to install them.  :-(
