So far they've been good.  My springs were drop-shipped from a manufacturer 
in Michigan, and they were out of the shackle bushings.  General Spring had 
one of their guys drop off the bushings at my house.  (I'm about ten miles 
from their shop.)  We've got one side put together.  We twisted off a u-bolt 
on the other side, so I have to get u-bolts today to finish it up.
According to their website, they will do most any sort of custom work.  They 
mention military wraps, etc.  The website is http://www.generalspringkc.com.
