Go to the local building supply (I'm not sure if Lowe's or Home Depot would have it) and look for a butyl self-adhesive underlayment or flashing. It's close to what the factory used and it has similar qualities to Dynomat. Costs a LOT more! One of the local rod guys mentioned it to me.

The subject says it all.  My main need is a source for the tar paper that the factory stuck to the floor.  I know there is some jute padding above that, then the carpet.  I'm sure I've seen jute padding here locally, but what about those heavy pieces of tar paper?  They're like over 1/6" thick.
