Re: [Amc-list] something to keep you busy

Well I found a pretty solid 66 Classic for a good price so I picked
it up the other day. I was told it had been running about 3-4 years
ago by the previous owner. I was hoping not to have to do much with
the motor ect. so I put a battery in and got fresh gas to the carb it
turns over fine but it just does not seem to want to fire. Any idea
where I should start to look to see why I am not getting spark? I
have 68 AMX and 70 Jav but I have never had an AMC this old so I am
not sure where to start looking. Any help would be great.
Thanks Keith
