2.89 maybe? 2.72/2.73 or 3.08 is common. Jeep used 3.31 with 2.35/75/15 in the '80 to '84 Jtrucks with T5 and 4.2L.

Sorry I don't have that info.
I would assume it ran the 2:79 also as 2.21:1 would make the O/D useless and very hard to drive.
 
I don't think I'd bet on it though!
