[Amc-list] vacuum wipers

It's been many years since I last attempted to mess with them, 
so perhaps it's time to survey the collected wisdom.

First of all, what sort of vacuum should I be measuring on the
fuel pump's wiper port?

Second, how best to perk up a groggy wiper motor?  I recall there
being a seal on the motor "piston" that wipes against the curved
wall of the motor, and a little port block that slides back and
forth to control which side gets sucked on.
