Can you tell me where I can see the latest list, and how does one buy one of these cars from the dismantlers if you wanted to? I found this... http://www.baaqmd.gov/pln/grants_and_incentives/vehicle_buyback/index.htm ...  and another page with cars listed, but the list had dates no more recent than 2006 :P
