It's probably the same... the rod that rotates, and is connected to the 
carb, the firewall end sits in a rubber grommet-like thing. Near the 
firewall end is a tab with a hole; one end of the spring goes in there.

The other end of the spring goes up parallel to the firewall, and hooks 
onto ... what I don't know because mine was missing! There's got to be a 
simple bracket it hooks to. I made a simple "L". Yours is probably still 
there... but it is hard to see as it's under the bracket welded to the 
top firewall that holds the spring tower brace. Shrink your head to 3" 
diameter and stick it under there, I swear that's what the TSM says, uhu :-)
