Well --

there is no "fuse box". This ain't no fancy aircraft we got here! We 
don't need no stinken fuses!

What few fuses exist are scattered around generally on the thing being 
protected.

"Several lights out" could be anything though, but it seems they are 
under the dash?

There's no need to remove the dash for any electrical issues under 
there. Dash lamps are toughest. To be honest I don't recall how they are 
protected from shorts.

There's no real way to work on this car without a TSM! It's just too 
alien if you're not fully enmeshed with the era's eccentricities.
