Guy up the road from where I grew up had a very cool 32 Ford coupe.
It looked bone stock to me and I thought it was for years.
One day I got a close look at it sitting outside his house and started talking to him.
It had a hopped up four banger in it. Roll and tuck white interior with red piping, Juice brakes [IIRC he said from a 42?]
He'd had it for years, it was sprayed in black lacquer and hand rubbed. It was 12volt converted and sported a stereo etc;
   He said it was his favorite car and he had two Mustangs a Corvette and several other decent muscle car types.

Now I understand a lot better then I did at the time.
