Craigslist.  Price it more than scrap so the scrap dealers won't hound you to death.  Although scrap prices should be going through the floor right now.  I don't think China is buying, at least not as much.

You might want to run it on some Norcal, Oregon, and Washington craiglist sites too although posting on more than one location simultaneously is discouraged by craigslist policy.
