Re: [Amc-list] Scrap warning - 65 Wagoneer & late 60's Gladiator (327's)

I wish you were closer and I was able to save these, or at least the "good" one of the two.
There's just no way.
That turbo 400 setup is a real shame to see gone but again, how to get my grubby little hands on it :[
Seems no one much but me wants to do anything with a generation I engine anymore.
I would be interested in picking the starter up off of you and the P/s pump and pulleys off the parts rig if they end up going to the scrap gods.
The Jeeps are the ticket for adding a Saginaw P/S pump to any gen I engine, makes getting a good pump way easier. I allready have one pump and bracket, but would like to save another if possible.
Theres even a 66 Jeep truck in the Bulletin board this week, just lists as being a V-8 3 speed. If the standard did not use that obscenely deep bellhousing I'd be interested in having one of those setups around too. But I doubt I would be able to find a good "car" fourspeed to bolt up to the deep bell.
