IMHO, the 2 dr wagon will draw the $1000 a lot quicker than a running driving 64 classic [depending on options/ body]
   The 196 will fitin the American with the note that without a donor engine to pull the front mounts and other idiosycnrcowhatchamakallits it may take some effor to get it all bolted up!
   The wagon will have the 4 point mounting setup, newer 196 goes into older, the other way around is a PIA.
That being said a 2 door wagon has always been on my wanted list. Not that I'm about to run down and buy this one either!
