Often the offer uppers don't expect to be taken up on it and when they are they run for cover.
Shame, I have not offered anything I did not intend to deliver on for this project.
It's gone on so long now, I doubt seeing the finished project.
If it gets done It'll probably hit the auction block right about time the market tanks...

Hey maybe they can park it beside my D&*^ed convertible...
