How much of a hurry are you in?
Anyway, the exhaust needs a little porting work done to match it up to a big port head.
You need intake and exhaust from any 81-90 carb'd 4.2L get the bolts and P/S mounting brackets and pump too if you want or need drivers side P/S mounting.
Get the accel pedal and cable if yours is a rod accel linkage car.

I had this setup on my 69 and it works fine if your staying with a carb.
