Nah, look hard at the back edge.
There is only one stripe visible and it is crooked.
The area in question is way too smooth to be the sealer.
Would take a miracle for ot to end up that way.
Looks like a sanblasted rusted area, filled and sanded flat.
Nothing wrong with that on a DD, but not on a car demanding that kind of price.
The generic answers would have me moving on.
