Because they can be recovered, with effort, and I have a 1"
drill press and the carbide bits to do it. "Eventually". Mainly,
I would throw them on the iron pile until there was a need,
mine or someone else's.

They're bad, but the only good ones around, for the most part,
are ones that someone has dug out the frozen bolt.
