I saw a couple in Virginia City Nevada (right before Y2K) and I recently saw one for sale on Craigs list near Seattle for $500 (Yes, I was tempted)

Actually they were fairly common in the midwest where
I grew up.  A few years ago I saw four or five on a
used car lot near the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri
when I was on vacation there.
