you may not -need- a larger cam.  if you spend a little time smoothing
the sharp edges [hotspots] of the chambers and maybe piston dishes and
run a slightly colder plug you'll probably be fine with the stock cam.
9.2 isn't a -big- jump from 8.8, and you can bet they were
conservative.
