Re: [Amc-list] Who recently bought 235 70 14 tires ?

I also read somewhere recently that no two tire manufacturers tires will be the same size.
They all vary by some degree, so one tire company may make a 205 that fits and anothers will rub.
One of the reasons buying tires online for our cars can be a crap shoot as if you guess wrong.
You have to pay to send them back.
It's usually best to buy your tires from a shop the first time as if they don't fit they'll usually get you to a size that will.
Then you can order replacements online if you want.
