Best stuff to use if you can't find a gasket is a product called Right Stuff.  It is the same stuff used by most new car manufacturers instead of gasket material on things like diff covers and trani pans.  The nice thing about it is you can install right away and fill it up with oil as it seals instantly and doesn't require time to cure first.  I have used this with great success.

I figured out that it is a Borg Warner from the AMX files web site. I bought some thin gasket material and will just use hi temp RTV to get the pan sealed. I really want to swap trannies but am cheap and won't do it until the old one dies!
