Don't know much about the actual composition, but I don't think vinegar has the same acidity of the citric.
Works good on coffee pots and windows though.
   I have every intention of bringing one of my black barrels home and setting it out in the field where it will catch the most sun. Dropping the borla into it and see what happens.
   If that works the next step will be outfitting a setup where I can soak the rear edge of my Ambassador fenders.
They have some pretty rough edges on them. I don't realy care if they are a little ragged, I just want to stop the rust.
    The electroylisisisisisis, method is appealng, but I'd prefer to not have to run the battery charger unattended.
Plus the electric use doesn't appeal to me either. If a simple soak in a warm tub of citric does the job, well, that seems like a win, win situation to me.
