Bill,

Pull the CD player out of the car and remove the top of the case. The top is
probably held in with a few screws on the side.
Once inside the player you may find it easy to remove the disc. My guess is
the motor or drive mechanism that sucks in and ejects the CD is worn. Your
CD player may be junk, unless the CD that's stuck was warped.
