[Amc-list] The wayout whacky adventures of Junkyard Jim and sons

Okay, I think I crossed a line someplace. LOL! I just bought myself one of the original "Jeep in a box" kit vehicles that were US Army surplus from the '40s. It was assembled and registered in 1951? by the couple that bought it for use on their farm here in WA and they parked it about 20 years ago when the husband had a heart attack (she didn't drive stick too well) I am also buying their 1959 Renault Le Fleur convertible (again, original owners with a photo of the couple in front of the Eiffel tower in Paris when they took possession of it at the factory)
The plan is to fix up the little Ford? Willys Overland? flathead 4 powered GP pickup (to use at my cabin or sell if it's beyond my body fixing abilities. Mechanical is the easy part for me!) and Renault (still in very nice shape except a bang up on the front where some farmhands used a bulldozer to push it into a barn for storage) for touring/fuel economy (it would be a fun electric car!)
I take possession on friday (payday) of the GP and need to tow it home (good thing I have loan of my buddy's '68 Travelall while he's in Alaska. I was thinking about buying that from him till this dropped in my lap! He just asked me last night to list it for $1700 for him)

Just what I needed to get me into the world of SWB Jeeps! (now what am I going to do with the '74 DJ5 I bought?)

Next week I will be scrapping out my '73 J4000 that was rolled this time last year (the J20 rear diff, 304 from it are going into my '75 J10 shortbox that I am passively looking for a short stepside box for) and the '85 XJ 2dr my son has been scavenging parts from. The broken rib and moving kind of messed up my plans all last summer, so I have to double up getting things done now!

'84 J10 with J20 axles, 4.6L stroker and SOA lift is patiently awaiting my time to finish building. (that's the ultimate toy)
My '87 MJ is nearly finished being swapped to auto and 4x4. (daily driver duty as soon as it's back online)

After that, I have decided to sell a couple others, but trying to figure out prices is tough.
'82 AMC Spirit with 4.2L and auto (I have a 2wd AW4 and EFI to go in with a 4.0L head, but it's my current daily driver)
'83 J10 4.2L with 3.73 J20 axles (work rig) I converted to AW4 and just need to do some welding (trans crossbar) and wiring to finish.
'69 IH 5 ton flatbed with 16' tilt deck and stake sides (currently mobile storage till the swap meet coming up, then it will be for sale after a scrap yard run)
'77 F350 with 12' flatbed is up for $500 as is (assembly required. 400 Motor is sitting under the hood awaiting install)

'86 MJ longbox with 2.5L and TBI is awaiting the correct notched flywheel to finish assembling then it will be for sale. (my first MJ I bought back in '99)
