Hmmm, old threads...
So, what, I have some older threads in the form of blue Jeans and sutures!
Anyway my 69 Rambler has proven itself to be very prejudiced and does not care what shade it is as long as it is white!
  It murmered to me the whole friggin time I stripped 5 coats of missaplied touchups and repaints off, "must stay white".... I begged for another choice and it said, "NO".... " I'm a base model and the only options I ever asked for was a 232 and an auto trans". "I want to be white"...  
   I ignored it's pleas as to what driveline it wanted but decided to let it pick the color as it only seemed fair.
Wouldn't you know it, now it wants to be redone in pearl white as it thinks it is getting old and wants a little more shine :]

I like the salmon metallic too.
It's an awesome color when applied right!!! :]
